App Service advisor: Recommendations

Live recommendations for resource exhaustion released to the Azure App Service advisor apply to the following resources:

• CPU
• Memory
• Connections

In addition, a feedback option has been added to the Azure portal for customers to provide direct feedback on recommendations.
