New regions for HDInsight: Japan East, Australia East, and Australia Southeast

HDInsight has expanded its geographical presence to three new regions: Japan East, Australia East, and Australia Southeast.Customers can now create HDInsight clusters in East US, East US 2, West US, Central US, North Central US, South Central US, North Europe, West Europe, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Japan West, Japan East, Australia East, and Australia Southeast.Please note that the Australia regions will only be available to customers with billing addresses in Australia and New Zealand.
