General availability: Website support as origin for new Content Delivery Network endpoint

Azure Content Delivery Network (CDN) supports a website as the origin for new CDN endpoints. As a result, Content Delivery Network will source content from a website and cache it at CDN edge POP locations. Currently Content Delivery Network supports Azure Storage, Web Apps, Cloud Services, and Media Services.For more information about how to create a new Content Delivery Network endpoint, please read How to Enable Content Delivery Network for Azure.
