Azure Managed Disks GUID migration and name changes

Names and resource GUIDs for Azure Managed Disks are changing November 1, 2018.
The changes will happen automatically. This affects only the names and resource GUIDs and won't affect pricing or how your Azure Managed Disks operate. If you have any billing routines that rely on names or resource GUIDs, please update them.
