Azure DevTest Labs: Set tags on labs for improved cost tracking

You can now add tags to your labs, and these tags will automatically apply to all resource groups and billable downstream resources that the lab creates. You can then manage tags at the lab level and automatically track billing for all applicable lab resources.
The supported resources include compute VMs, NICs, IP addresses, load balancers, storage accounts, and managed disks. You can apply tags during lab creation and manage them through the Tags blade under Configuration and settings.
