Azure Cosmos DB: New pricing option

We are excited to announce a new pricing option for Azure Cosmos DB, offering greater flexibility in optimizing cost and performance. You can use the new pricing option to reserve throughput independently from data storage for a collection. You have the flexibility to incrementally adjust throughput for a collection over time as needed.
