Azure Synapse SQL on-demand now enforces TLS 1.2 on outbound connections

In January 2020 Microsoft enforced TLS 1.2 for intra-service traffic in all Azure services. For Synapse SQL on-demand, this resulted in TLS 1.2 being enforced on outbound connections used by all SQL client applications.
Because SQL on-demand architecture relies on various components that communicate with each other using TLS, versions of SQL client applications that use TLS 1.1 should be updated and changed to TLS 1.2.
