Azure Monitor ITSM Connector for ServiceNow ITOM with Secure Export

Secure Export is a new version (in public preview) of IT Service Management Connector (ITSM) from Azure Monitor, allowing you to automatically create work items in an ITSM tool when any of the Azure Monitor alerts are triggered. As part of the preview, we introduced a new upgraded integration with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) using Secure Export.
The Secure Export architecture introduces the following new capabilities:
- Azure AD authentication - Authentication occurs using Azure AD instead of user/password credentials, which ITSM is based on.
- New Action Group - Alerts are sent to the ITSM tool using the secure webhook action group (instead of to the ITSM Action Group) in order to use the Azure AD.

This new integration supports only ITOM versions of ServiceNow. for more details about ITOM.
