Azure Cosmos DB emulator support for Cassandra API

Now generally available, Azure Cosmos DB now provides support for its Cassandra API, in addition to support for SQL and MongoDB APIs. Migrate new existing or developing Cassandra applications using the Azure Cosmos DB emulator to develop and test your applications locally at no cost. In addition, you have the option to deploy the Azure Cosmos DB emulator in a Docker for Windows container and test there as well.
