New Data Factory monitoring and management UI now available

We simplified error discovery and fixes, made it easy to pause and restart pipelines, and added new troubleshooting views, global time filters, and easy alert management. Use this simple and intuitive interface to manage and monitor all of your data pipelines in one place. Access the new monitoring app from within your Data Factory in the Azure portal.
