Classic network security groups available in portal

Classic network security groups (NSGs) can now be managed via the Azure portal.Through the portal, you can now:
- Manage (view, edit, and delete) existing NSGs.
- Manage (view, edit, and delete) NSGs associated with subnets and virtual machines.
- Create new NSGs and associate them with subnets and virtual machines.
