Azure SQL Database modified server quota policy

Date de publication : 02 octobre, 2014
With the general availability of the Basic, Standard, and Premium service tiers, we’ve updated the SQL Database quotas applied to servers. Each server now has a quota of 1,600 DTUs for Basic, Standard, and Premium databases. As a database is created or scaled, resources are allocated from this quota based on the DTU rating of the database service tier/performance level, which reduces the number of DTUs available on that server. The quota of 150 databases per server still applies to Web and Business databases. Customers can request a quota extension by opening a support ticket. For more information about the quota policy update, database performance, and DTUs, go to Azure SQL Database Service Tiers and Performance Levels.
