Azure Database for PostgreSQL - Hyperscale (Citus): PostgreSQL 12 & 13 now generally available

PostgreSQL 12 and 13 are now supported for Azure Database for PostgreSQL – Hyperscale (Citus). Major enhancements in PostgreSQL 13 include de-duplication of B-tree index entries, increased performance for queries using aggregates or partitioned tables, better query planning when using extended statistics, parallelized vacuuming of indexes, incremental sorting, and more. Major enhancements in PostgreSQL 12 include a variety of performance improvements including support for the SQL/JSON path language, stored general columns, and more.
