Service Fabric node-by-node cluster upgrades are now in development

At times there is a need to have more control over the upgrade domains for a Service Fabric cluster, especially if the cluster are larger or if you only want to upgrade a very small number of nodes in your cluster. The standard five UD in Azure can be limiting in these cases. For example say you wanted to upgrade an application with an instance deployed across a 10 node cluster, with 5 UDs the minimum upgrade to the traffic is 2 nodes or 20%. With this capability you can do 1 node or just 10% of the cluster and then rollback just this single node, having a smaller impact on your rollout.
