General availability: New regions for Red Hat Update Infrastructure

New regions have been added to the Azure Red Hat Update Infrastructure (RHUI). The following IP address has been added to the RHUI IP list, as documented in the RHUI documentation: 52.237.203.198.
Customers might want to ensure that the new IP address is whitelisted in their network configurations.
