Remove Application Insights connections via PowerShell

With OMS portal deprecation for the Azure commercial cloud on 15th January 2019 and for the Azure US Government cloud on 30th March 2019, there is no way to configure and remove existing Application Insights connections from the portal.
To stop application data from reaching your workspace, remove existing connections by using a PowerShell script.
The recommended alternative method to query multiple Azure Monitor Application Insights resources is using cross-resource searches.
