Public Preview: Computer Vision releasing 'Read' text extraction feature in containers

Computer Vision, a part of Azure Cognitive Services, is releasing its latest text understanding feature , 'Read', in Docker containers for customers to run locally. As the name of the feature indicates, Read extracts text from images. It will eventually replace the RecogniseText feature by offering more robust text extraction.
RecogniseText will be deprecated starting next month on 4th October 2019 and customers will have the option to migrate to Read.
