PostgreSQL 11 is now generally available in Azure Database for PostgreSQL

PostgreSQL 11, the latest major version of PostgreSQL, is generally available in Azure Database for PostgreSQL. Major enhancements in PostgreSQL 11 include a variety of improvements associated with partitioning, parallelism, stored procedures, Windows function support and covering indexes, as well as several other performance enhancements.
