New Basic SKU for Azure Web Sites

We've added a new Basic SKU tier (in addition to our current Free, Standard and Shared tiers) for customers who need more than the Shared tier offers. It includes scaling up to 3 dedicated instances, staging slots, and support for SSL. Plus, you'll run on a dedicated VM, but at a lower price than the Standard tier.
If you need support for more instances (10), more shared storage (50 GB), site slots, or backup and restore, upgrade to the Standard tier.
