New features for Azure dashboard tiles: resize and edit query

Two new features are available for users of Azure Log Analytics and Azure Application Insights Analytics with any query-based tiles pinned to an Azure dashboard:
- The tiles are resizable. You can make the most important charts more prominent, and you can make charts with less importance (or data fidelity required) smaller.
- You can edit the query that the tile is based on from within the dashboard. No more having to open Analytics, re-pin the tile, and unpin the old tile.
