Name changes: Virtual Machines B-series US Gov

Azure Virtual Machines B-series naming will change on May 1, 2018, in all Azure Government regions. The letters “VM” will be removed from all Cloud Services B-series names. We’re making this change to standardize names across all VM types. There won’t be a pricing impact from this change, but you might need to modify billing routines that rely on the new names.
