Migrate from Bing Speech to Speech Services and the Speech SDK by 14th January , 2020

We’re extending the Bing Speech retirement date to 14th January, 2020. Bing Speech API will continue supporting your applications until 14th January, 2020. However, we encourage you to migrate to Speech Services and the Speech SDK as soon as possible to enjoy their rich benefits including:
- Speech-to-text (speech recognition), intent, translation and text-to-speech capabilities.
- Batch transcription capability through a dedicated REST API.
- A larger set of adaptable locales, new and more accurate models and improved modes of interaction.
