Improvements in Logic app triggers

14 September 2015

We have made a couple of important improvements with regards to Logic app triggers, specifically:
  1. Retry policy support. You can now customize the number of times that a trigger will retry when there are failures.
  2. New manual trigger type. This trigger in your Logic app definition can be used for the direct access endpoint to receive requests. It has an optional field called schema where you can define the form of your incoming JSON request.
manualtrigger You can use these new trigger features in the Code view of your Logic app. If you have questions regarding these new features or anything else, please head over to the Azure Logic Apps Forum.
