General availability: Azure Kubernetes Service in South Central US, Korea South and Korea Central

Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is now generally available in South Central US, Korea South and Korea Central. This brings AKS to 22 Azure regions. In the list of regions, you can see where AKS is available and where it is coming next.
