Deprecating older versions of the Azure Site Recovery REST API

The following versions of the Azure Site Recovery REST API will be deprecated on 31st July 2018:
- 27-10-2014
- 10-02-2015
- 10-04-2015
- 10-06-2015
- 10-08-2015
Azure Site Recovery REST API users can continue to use API version 10-08-2016 and later. This change does not affect the Azure Site Recovery portal and PowerShell users.
