Azure Monitor for Containers agent updates

We have released the 29/11/2018 build version of the Azure Monitor for Containers agent. Some of the enhancements include:
- New auto-upgrade feature for the agent.
- Option to disable collection of environment variables from containers.
- Data collection bug fixes.
