Azure SDK for Go v15 is available

Version 15.0.0 of the Azure SDK for Go has been tagged (changelog). We have also published an SDK update policy to help you understand how our repo is organised and when to expect updates.

To start using this version:

• If you use dep, update your Gopkg.toml file and run dep ensure -update
• If you don't use dep, run go get -u github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-go
