Azure Management Library 2.0.0-Preview for .NET and Node.js

In this preview release of Azure Management Library for .NET and Node.js, we're adding support for Azure Resource Manager. Create, manage, and deploy resource groups using local or gallery templates, search for and download gallery templates, and create and manage individual resources.
