Generally available: Azure IoT Edge supports Debian Bullseye on ARM32v7

Azure IoT Edge's set of Tier 1 operating systems has been updated with Debian. Official IoT Edge installation packages targeting ARM32v7 for the latest releases (1.1.13 and 1.2.9) are now available from Microsoft's package repository. The packages can be used for either Debian 11 (Bullseye) or the latest Raspberry Pi OS.
