Deprecating older versions of the Azure API Management REST API

The following versions of the Azure API Management REST API are being deprecated and will be retired on 1st October 2019:
- 14-02-2014-preview
- 14-02-2014
- 15-09-2015
- 07-07-2016
- 10-10-2016
- 01-03-2017
The following client libraries depend on the preceding APIs and will be affected:
- .NET SDK NuGet packages for Microsoft.Azure.Management.ApiManagement prior to version 4.0.0-preview
- PowerShell cmdlet modules for AzureRm.ApiManagement prior to version 6.1.0
All existing Java, Node and Go client libraries will not be affected.
Customers who are using (and who rely on) any of the preceding API versions, libraries or custom tools and integrations must upgrade to the newer versions before 1st October 2019, to avoid service interruption.
