Azure Analysis Services utility for QPU auto-scale

This open-source utility on the Analysis Services Analysis Services Git repo enables automatic, customisable scaling for AAS instances based on QPU consumption. It can be used to ensure adequate resource availability for an instance by automatically scaling tier up and down, as well as adding and removing query replicas, as workload requires.  Its parameters allow full customisation of the AutoScale behaviour to ensure the instance operates within required tier and replica count ranges. 

The PowerShell deployment script is internally documented and self-explanatory and a ReadMe.txt accompanying the script describes its usage and infrastructure.
