Azure Functions integration with Azure Monitor Logs is now in public preview

Using the integration with Azure Monitor Logs, you can now send Azure Functions host logs (system-generated) and application logs (user-generated) to a Log Analytics workspace, a Storage account or an Event Hub. This will allow you to query logs using Azure Monitor Logs, with the ability to consolidate logs from different resources in the same workspace. Once the data has been sent to the workspace, it can be analysed with queries to quickly retrieve, consolidate and analyse collected data – including using third-party services for analysis – or set alert rules.
