General Availability: Backup and restore for Azure Web Sites

Backup and restore is out of preview and generally available. This release includes support for larger sites, improved reliability in handling errors and conflicts, a new backup status area in the site's blade on the Azure preview portal, backup retention in the site blade, and the option to restore a backup directly into a specific site slot.
