Azure Site Recovery update rollup 59 is now generally available - November 2021

This update provides the following improvements for the latest version of Azure Site Recovery components.
- Mobility Service - Added support for Windows Server 2022 as replicating machine's operating system, for Azure to Azure and VMware to Azure replications.
- Bug fixes and error message improvements.
It also provides latest updates for the following Azure Site Recovery scenarios.

- VMware/Physical to Azure
- VMware to Azure (Preview)
- Hyper-V to Azure
