Schedules feature released for Azure Lab Services classroom labs

Class schedules are now supported on classroom labs in Azure Lab Services. Teachers can easily create, edit, and delete class schedules for a lab. They can easily set up a class schedule to start students' VMs at the beginning of the class and shut them down at the end to only use what's needed.
We support creating one-time and recurring class schedules. Usage during scheduled time is not counted against your quota.
