General availability: API Management and Event Grid Integration

Azure Event Grid allows you to easily build applications with event-based architectures. First, select the Azure resource you would like to subscribe to, and then give the event handler or WebHook endpoint to send the event to.
With this general availability, you can configure API Management to publish events to Event Grid to send event notifications to other services and trigger downstream processes. For example, using this integration with Event Grid, you can publish events to Event Grid whenever a new user is created, or a new subscription is created on an API Management resource.
