Azure Cosmos DB: General availability in Australia

Azure Cosmos DB now supports provisioning Cosmos DB accounts in the East Australia and Southeast Australia regions, in addition to the existing supported regions: East US, West US, North Europe, West Europe, East Asia, and Southeast Asia.
