Azure Cost Management in the Azure Portal preview

Azure Cost Management is in the Azure portal and currently in preview. It's now enabled by default, with improved performance and fuly integrated into the Azure platform.
With Azure Cost Management you can:
- Do cost analysis.
- Create budgets.
- Create alerts.
- Take advantage of recommendations.
- Use resource tags.
