Azure App Service—.NET Core 3.1 is now generally available

.NET Core 3.1 LTS is now generally available on Azure App Service for Linux and Windows applications. If you’re running .NET Core 3.0 applications, which had its end-of-life date on March 3, 2020, update to .NET Core 3.1 and create applications in the App Service portal now.
