Public preview: SOAP pass-through support for Azure API Management

Azure API Management now supports SOAP APIs. Customers can take advantage of features—such as security, analytics, and the developer portal—that were previously available only for REST/HTTP-style APIs.
A customer can upload a WSDL document that describes their SOAP service. Azure API Management will then generate a SOAP facade as well as documentation and a test console in the customer's developer portal.
