Azure SQL—Public preview updates for late March 2022

In late March 2022, the following updates and enhancements were made to Azure SQL: 

• Windows Authentication enabled for Azure SQL Managed Instance Azure Active Directory Principals.
• Monitor database restore progress at a more granular level in Azure SQL Database.
