Azure Resource Manager template language additions
We've added a few new items to the Azure Resource Manager template language: conditional outputs, array copy, and functions for a newGuid() and utcNow().
AKS 2019-03-07 release
The AKS 2019-03-07 release contains bug fixes and a new version of the Azure Monitor for containers agent.
HDInsight networking resources provisioned in the HDInsight resource group
The networking resources (such as NICs and load balancers) for new Azure HDInsight clusters created in a virtual network are now provisioned in the same HDInsight cluster resource group.
SignalR Service bindings
Azure Functions can now use bindings for SignalR Service to send real-time data to web applications as part of the function executions. The binding is supported for all generally available languages, including C#, JavaScript, and Java.
Threat intelligence-based filtering for Azure Firewall is now available in preview
Threat intelligence-based filtering for Azure Firewall is now available in preview. The addition of the Threat Intelligence feed to the filtering capabilities expands both the options to alert and deny traffic from or to known malicious IP addresses and domains.

Azure Lab Services is now Generally Available.
.NET Core February 2019 Update availability on App Service
The .NET Core February 2019 Update is now available on App Service (Windows).
Protect on-premises VMs by directly replicating to managed disks in Azure
Azure Site Recovery supports disaster recovery of VMware virtual machines and physical machines by directly replicating to managed disks.
General availability: Azure Availability Zones in East US
Azure Availability Zones, a high-availability solution for mission-critical applications, is now generally available in East US.
