Content Understanding is billed by the amount of content analysed. The unit of content depends on the modality. Document modality analyses the content per page as determined by the document pagination. A page is limited to 3K characters for non-paginated documents. Image modality analyses the content per image file. Audio and Video modalities analyse the content per hour (billed per minute).
