Premium Blob storage is now generally available

Premium block blob storage is now available. This is a new performance tier in Azure Blob storage, complementing the existing hot, cool, and archive tiers. Premium Blob storage is ideal for workloads with high transactions rates or that require very fast access times, such as IoT, telemetry, AI, and scenarios with humans in the loop such as interactive video editing, web content, and online transactions. Premium Blob storage will be available initially in the US East, US East 2, US Central, US West, US West 2, North Europe, West Europe, Japan East, and Southeast Asia regions.
