Simplified Chinese language support is now available in Read 3.1 public preview in Computer Vision, part of Azure Cognitive Services.
Use the Read API to integrate Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese (public preview), and Spanish languages.
