Release of Service Fabric SDK 2.6.204 and runtime 5.6.204 for Windows

Version 2.6.204 of the Azure Service Fabric SDK is now available, along with the 5.6.204 runtime that rolled out to Azure clusters worldwide.
An update to Visual Studio 2017 tooling for Service Fabric is also available in the Visual Studio 2017 15.3 Preview 1 release, which can be installed side-by-side with the latest stable release of Visual Studio 2017.
