.NET Core 3.0 is the next major version of the .NET Core platform, an open-source, general-purpose development platform maintained by Microsoft and the .NET community on GitHub. .NET Core 3.0 now supports Windows desktop workloads. Preview 5 of .NET Core 3.0 includes the addition of full stack C# web development capabilities with ASP.NET Core Blazor.
