Go faster with Azure Cosmos DB .NET SDK 1.10.0

Azure Cosmos DB .NET SDK 1.10.0 is now available. It includes a few specific improvements, the biggest of which is direct connectivity support for partitioned collections. If your database currently uses partitioned collections—this improvement is the go-fast button!
In addition, the .NET SDK improves performance for the Bounded Staleness consistency level. It adds LINQ support for StringEnumConverter, IsoDateTimeConverter, and UnixDateTimeConverter while translating predicates.
