Version 2.x of the Azure Cosmos DB .NET SDK will be retired on 31 August 2024

Because version 3 of the Azure Cosmos DB .NET SDK includes updated features and improved performance, we’ll retire version 2.x of this SDK on 31 August 2024. As a result, you’ll need to update your SDK to version 3 by that date.
Version 3 includes:
Improved performance through stream API support.
Built-in support for change feed processor library and bulk operations.
Mockable APIs for easier unit testing.
Required action
The SDK and all applications using the SDK will continue to function, but Azure Cosmos DB will not provide further maintenance and support for this SDK after 31 August 2024. Please migrate to the latest version of the .NET SDK v3 SDK.
