WordPress on App Service - Free hosting plan now in Public Preview

To help you evaluate and test WordPress on App Service, we have released in Public Preview support for a free hosting plan. This support provides an easy way to try WordPress on App Service before migrating production apps.
The free hosting plan takes advantage of multiple optimizations and features provided by WordPress on App Service on top of features in App Service and Azure Database for MySQL - including:
- Easy and Automated deployments from the Azure Portal
- Inbuilt Redis cache
- Accelerated WP Admin using local storage caching
- PhpMyAdmin for database management
